As a grand finale, delight your palate with a traditional meal at the Celler de Petra, prepared with recipes and local products from the Pla de Mallorca.

Itinerary

Meeting Point in Palma
(Camí de l'Escullera, 4, Palma)

Our journey begins at the birthplace house of Fra Juníper Serra, a reflection of 18th-century Mallorca. Here, we will gain insights into the life and legacy of this Mallorcan Franciscan friar who played a pivotal role in the Spanish colonization of California.

Guided by experts, we proceed to the Juníper Serra Interpretation Center, a sanctuary of knowledge that offers a comprehensive understanding of Juníper Serra's impact on both Mallorca and the New World.

Next, we visit the Convent of Sant Bernardí, a hallowed space that has stood the test of time.

Our day culminates at the Celler de Petra, a rustic yet refined establishment renowned for its Mallorcan gastronomy.
